The welding technology of SWS1000 high efficiency deep penetration arc welder is a new method which can realize "Keyhole" welding. It not only has the beautiful covering effect of ordinary TIG welding, but also has the characteristics of super penetrating power of plasma welding.
High-efficiency deep penetration arc welding technology is an automatic and high-speed one-way full penetration weld welding technology, which does not need welding wire, grooving or professional technical operators, but can perfectly weld materials with thickness of 3 ~ 16 mm (such as titanium alloy) at a speed 10 times faster than ordinary TIG welding technology. (Note: only welding materials less than 3% of traditional welding amount are needed to overcome undercut). The weld seam is 100% parent material layer, without multiple fusion lines, which completely eliminates slag inclusion, porosity and common weld defects. The ripple-free welding pool of high-efficiency deep penetration arc welding ensures the ultra-high quality of the top layer and the bottom layer, and does not need back root cleaning, surface polishing cleaning and grinding at all.
The high-efficiency deep penetration arc welding machine is equipped with a special welding gun through the "TIG deep penetration welding machine control system based on keyhole effect", and the material, thickness and process parameters of the welded object are precisely calculated by the computer system, thus realizing the precise control of the welding process, realizing the automation of the welding operation, and dynamically adjusting the welding parameters through the computer program to ensure repeatable and ultra-high welding quality.

6. One-side welding and double-side forming can realize convex welding without grooving and adding welding materials, and cover the surface synchronously when necessary.
7. The welding fault tolerance rate is high. Under a certain thickness, the gap and misalignment of the welded workpiece can reach 2mm.
