I. process requirements
Adopt deep penetration (S-TIG)+ argon arc (TIG) welding process;
Self-fluxing welding process can be directly used for backing, and TIG cover welding can be used after backing;
Weld forming is one-sided welding and two-sided forming;
When the longitudinal circumferential seam of the cylinder is welded, the workpiece moves/rotates and the welding gun does not move, and the welding process is automatically completed;
The position of each component of the equipment, the position of the control button, the position of the control box and the remote wire control box are placed reasonably, and the humanized design makes the operation simple and convenient;
When welding, there is a back gas protection device on the back of the workpiece to protect the back of the weld with gas;
