Molded steel

Carbon steel
The micro-beam plasma welding machine is used to weld carbon steel, and the welding effect is good. The quality of the welding depends on the content of impurities. When the carbon content exceeds 0.25%, it needs to be preheated to obtain good welding quality. When welding steels with different carbon content, the welding torch can be slightly shifted to the side of the low-carbon material to ensure the quality of the joint. In the carbon steel welding process, the heating and cooling speed of the micro-beam plasma welding machine is very fast, so it needs to be welded. With the increase of carbon content, the sensitivity of cracks and notches also increases. Both medium and high carbon steel and ordinary alloy steel can be welded well, but preheating and post-welding treatment are required to eliminate stress and avoid cracks.
Generally speaking, stainless steel welding is easier to obtain high-quality joints than ordinary welding. The micro-beam plasma welding machine has fast welding speed and small heat-affected zone, which reduces the overheating phenomenon and large linear expansion coefficient in stainless steel welding, and does not produce pores, inclusions and other defects. Because stainless steel has lower thermal conductivity, higher energy absorption rate and melting efficiency, it is easier to obtain deep penetration narrow welds.
Copper or copper alloy
Since welding copper and copper alloys are prone to problems such as lack of fusion or incomplete penetration, a heat source with concentrated energy and high power should be used, and preheating measures should be used; when the thickness of the workpiece is thin or the structural rigidity is small, and there are no preventive measures to prevent deformation , It is prone to large deformation after welding, and welding stress is prone to occur when the welded joint is constrained by greater rigidity; when welding copper and copper alloys, thermal cracks are also prone to occur; pores are common defects in the welding process of copper and copper alloys.
Micro-beam plasma welding machine can be used for almost all thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. Common welding materials include PP, PS, PC, ABS, polyamide, PMMA, POM, PET and PBT. Some other engineering plastics, such as PPS, PPS, LCD polymer, etc., cannot be directly welded due to the low laser transmittance. Generally, carbon black is added to the underlying material so that the material can absorb enough energy to meet the welding requirements.
