Machine tool features:

1. The precise plasma welding power source independently developed by the company is adopted, and the whole welding process is controlled by waveform, so that the welding process is stable and the dynamic quality of the power source is excellent. Accurate and precise control of output.

2. Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopted.

3. Use LCD touch control screen.

4. The welding power supply communicates with the control system online, and the welding process parameter change program is controlled.

5. Forced cooling during welding, resulting in small deformation of welded products.

6. Inner hole welding: once clamping, double inner hole welding is automatically completed.

7. External welding: once clamping, the whole process welding with set length can be automatically completed.
